Webinar: Churches on the Front Lines of Climate Change

On April 25, CRE Director Dr. Andy Thompson and the Rev. Simion Kinono, Environmental Coordinator for the Diocese of Buye in Burundi, offered a webinar on how churches are confronting climate change around the world. Rev. Kinono presented his own reforestation work in Burundi leading community workshops and planting more than 10,000 trees. Dr. Thompson identified how the latest climate research can inform churches' environmental ministries.
