Mentors and Trainers are regularly accredited to facilitate small-group communities of transformation.

After discerning a call to mentor an EfM seminar, one must be accredited, beginning with Foundations training. In Foundations, a person discovers the nature and purpose of EfM, the four movements method and four-source model of theological reflection used by the program to facilitate reflection and gather learnings, the place and purpose of spiritual autobiographies in the program, group skills, and resources for where to go if problems occur within the seminar group, worship as a part of an EfM group, current administrative procedures for the program, recruiting and beginning a seminar group, and conducting an EfM seminar. After two Foundations training, a mentor may be recommended for Formations training.

The calendar below is a schedule of upcoming trainings and how to register for them.
