Lauren F. Winner has taught for many years at Duke Divinity School and, beginning in the fall, will join the faculty of Church Divinity School of the Pacific, where she will teach homiletics and pastoral theology. She is the author of numerous books, including a forthcoming volume of sermons, The Entangled Word, to be published this fall. She serves as vicar of St. Joseph's Episcopal Church in Durham.
