Accommodation options for the two-day event range from $250 for commuters to $540 for a single room with private bath. All rates include meals and snacks. Register before February 15 to receive a $50 "early bird" discount on all rates. To receive the discount, provide the "EARLY50" code at check-out.
- Commuter Rate $250: The commuter rate is available to participants who live locally do not require overnight conference accommodations. The rate includes conference fees, as well as lunch, dinner, and snacks.
- Dorm Rate $440: This rate includes conference fees, a dorm-style room with a shared bathroom, all meals, and snacks.
- Single Room Rate $540: This rate includes conference fees, a single motel style room with private bath, all meals, and snacks.
