Through the generous vision of the CF Foundation, Inc., the School of Theology Holy Land Pastoral Renewal Program will be available to 20 pastoral leaders. Most successful applicants will have the following characteristics:
• Should be between the ages of 35 and 55;
• A minimum of five years' experience in pastoral ministry;
• Currently serve as the senior, associate, or solo minister in a congregation;
• Show commitment to personal spiritual renewal and to benefits of renewal for the congregations they lead and for the broader ministry of the Church.
Preference will be given to persons who have not been to Israel.
Participants must pay a $250 fee upon acceptance to the program, and commit to full participation in the pilgrimage, including the Orientation Session, Pilgrimage, and Reflection Gathering.
All expenses (beyond the participant fee) for travel to Israel, lodging, meals, admissions, and tips, and for the Orientation and Reflection gatherings, are funded through a generous gift from the CF Foundation, Inc. Travel to Sewanee and Atlanta for participants who live within 250 miles will not be covered
Applications must be postmarked no later than June 1, 2008. Successful applicants will be notified by July 1, 2008.
