Christmas Craft Fair

Attention all crafters (and bakers too) in the seminary community!

The proposed date for this year's School of Theology Christmas Craft Fair is Thursday, Dec. 4, and will take place in the lower level of Hamilton Hall outside the refectory. The fair will run from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. to give everyone plenty of time to shop. While there is no "booth fee," 10 percent of each booth's revenue will be collected and sent to Episcopal Relief & Development … a great way to "give back!"

If you are interested in participating, please contact Anderson to let her know the following:

Name
Email Address
Cell Phone Number
Type of Craft
Table & Chair Requirements
(Tables available are the long, narrow tables that are used for bake sales and PMO fundraisers)

Ideally, it would be great to have at least 10 booths, but there is room for quite a few more.

Volunteers are also needed to help with:

1. Set-up
2.  Advertising (putting posters up around campus and around town)
3. Clean-up

Philippa Anderson (spouse  of Kemper Anderson, T'15), is the fair facilitator. Anderson is looking for a volunteer from the junior or middler class to asssit with this year's fair and coordinate next year's.
